We require this time for you to complete a personal consultation card, with some medical information taken, this document is 100% confidential and is used for treatment purposes only. All of our consultation cards are GDPR complaint, please ask your therapists if you have any concerns.
Arriving late may interfere with your treatment, all appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed, and a full charge will be applied.
48 Hour Patch testing required for clients who have never had Eyelash Tinting, Eyelash Extensions, Yumi Lash Perm, HD Brows, Waxing, Red vein and Skin Rejuvenation.
48 Hour Patch testing also required for clients who have not received these treatments in the previous 6 months.
Please advice us on any changes regarding you medical history so we can update your consultation card. This includes going on or off any form of medication and also having any anti-ageing injections.
This includes heart conditions, high blood pressure, allergies or pregnancy. This ensures no disappointment when the treatment cannot be performed.
Children are not permitted in treatment rooms due to health and safety
Loyalty cards must be handed over to be scanned when paying for treatments to get points. Points can be used on treatments from Monday – Friday.
Appointments for treatments lasting one hour or more requires a 50% deposit or a credit card number for security.
24 hours cancellation is required, less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% payment. Less than 12 hours will require full payment for the booked treatment. Credit cards will be used in cases of non cancellation or cancellation as stated above
